The Sega Genesis has Blast Processing

The Super Nintendo doesn't. What does blast processing do? First and foremost, it is an obvious win for the Sega Genesis. While the SNES may have superior hardware, the Sega Genesis closes the gap with blast processing. And it can even exceed the gap. Just imagine, developers will have more processing power on Sega Genesis due to blast processing. Once developers learn the technology, the potential is limitless. Not enough power to add more enemies? Use the blast. Long load times bogging down the game? Use the blast. Want to create a giant playspace with a lot of things to do with no performance impact whatsoever? Just use the blast. Blast processing is the future of gaming, and I'm glad Sega recognized that. While the SNES is concerned with gaming in the present, the Sega Genesis is the console of the future, and the future is near. You're welcome.
