Misleading advertisement IS FREAKING MISLEADING!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?
I actually said that out loud and I mean it. I slack off all the time and I'm not stupid enough to go to an explosive test site.
NO ONE IS THAT STUPID!!! THAT DAMN SIGN WASN'T EVEN THERE WHEN THEY SNUCK IN!

Maybe the guy minding the fence is actually the slacker. He forgot to put the sign up until it was too late. And he would have been disciplined to have some sort of work integrity if he stayed in school. And then his slacking killed all those people.
