EA is reportedly paying Youtube channels too now, i wonder how many more do the same?
Edit: I just posted this because people were going off on Microsoft for it.

That is awesome. Let me ask you, if it was some chick standing by a washing machine saying how great Tide was in a you tube video and it turns out she was getting paid to say it would any of you give a rats fart? Some how I don't think so. Microsoft for all it's faults is an American company that directly employs over 50,000 people in America alone. They also indirectly employ another 5,000-10,000. As for EA they did bring me the dead space games. That's good enough for me.

1 回复I'd love to see a parody video of a guy who is getting paid by EA to say BF4 is so good. In the parody video the servers keep going out and game has tons of hit registration and lag issues and the guy is like "oh that was nothing, it's a really awesome feature in the game!" "buy EA's BF4 now, I can't see a single thing wrong with it, I love playing this game!" then the server crashes and the camera slowly zooms in at the bottom of the screen when the battlelog error message appears. lol

1 回复Did you know that companies pay TV channels to advertise their products as well? What a disgrace amirite?
-
2 回复it is illegal to pay an outlet to have a positive opinion about your product while hiding that fact from consumers. This is no "lol it's just advertising". Its underhanded and dishonest. Its also telling that a company doesn't have enough faith in the quality of its products, to not pay personalities to say nice things/not say bad things about it.

3 回复So what, EA is paying channels to talk about their shit, which then promptly disappears because of Youtube's new content system? On dear god, what if the sum EA is paying the channels is less than the money given to them from the ad revinue when google I mean youtube pulls the video off and redirects the money flow? WHAT IF EA IS MAKING EVEN MORE OF A PROFIT? CLEVER BASTARDS.

2 回复I don't like EA, but I don't see the problem with this. It's not like they are forcing them to do it.
-
1 回复Every freaking company does it, why the hell wouldn't they? It is cheaper than tv advertising for their game.
