The flood can use weapons and technology so they would win.
EDIT
I meant things like guns, ships and whatever else their enemies use against them.

I don't think they've ever actually been seen piloting ships, though.

I've played every halo and the flood is not accurate on their shooting they take a shotty up close and they ldismembered and die and I have yet to see the flood drive a tank -_- they don't repair ships either -_____- they just steer them and crash them to whatever planet they intend to infect -________-

If they had taken over The Truth and Reconciliation, which also is in Halo CE, they probably would have repaired that too.

In the same game a flood has a sniper rifle and is as accurate as a jackal. Never really felt the Flood were all that inaccurate to be honest. In Halo CE Spark talks about how the flood is currently repairing the Pillar of Autumn. So yeah, the Necros haven't demonstrated any of that kind of skill.

However, combat forms are very inaccurate when using ranged weaponry; it is believed that the neurological and physical effects of Flood infection significantly decrease accuracy.[/url]" Pretty sure John comments on their lack of accuracy in "The Flood", but I can't be sure of that. The article also mentions that the flood are poor drivers, so it's not like their ability to operate vehicles will be the end-all advantage, especially since they drive so slowly and the necromorphs are so fast.
