A very dangerous one unless cars can drive themselves WITHOUT receiving texts. Otherwise we're all dead when those criminal people texting from their homes cause accidents when the victim that receiving their text reads it while driving!

I'd be tempted to call it communism, but I don't think it really fits, because everyone was not equal. Even though they all may have the same goods and comfortable living available to them, reputation and intellect became the new currency. We see it today in research. While scientists make a comfortable living, they rarely are the ones that own or get rich off of their work. They are not driven so much by a profit motive, but by social ones. Nevertheless, they are still competing for a limited currency, which is notoriety and respect among peers. I'd call it capitalism, only property and currency have been replaced by reputation as the functional currency.

Resource based economy. Check out the Venus project. It's pretty much Communism with a computer.

I'm assuming you would describe it by the system of governance only since there wouldn't really be an economy.

If I remember correctly the only reason that humanity strayed from the barter system is because a man with the most wanted even more power.

Stagnation. Where is the incentive for innovation?

It really wouldn't be an economic system as we know it. If items can be produced with no effort, material value loses meaning. I suspect all attention would be turned to the arts, a field impossible to replicate (truly, at least). There would also be a greater focus on personal enrichment.
