Grey area because of 10A. This is all being done in state and does not involve interstate commerce which I think is the deciding factor. I think in the end this is more of a "Fuck you" to the feds, and I actually doubt anything will actually come of it. Just like possession of Marijuana over a certain amount is a felony, so is possessing an unregistered NFA item. Again, we'll see if the Feds actually try to do anything about it. Maybe they'll safe "Fuck it" like they did with pot.
