Have you ever failed to catch a Shiny Pokemon?
Damn I love this picture, that reaction cracks me up every time.
But yah have you ever actually failed at catching one? It must be the worst feeling ever...

My friend caught a shiny rayquaza and he'd always be talking about, but then one fateful day his little brother sold his game cartridge to another one of his pipsqueak friends. Now my friend is jumping from bouts of hysteria to periods of depression :(

1 回复Yeah, I saw a shiny rattatta but my pokemon were all way too high-leveled to catch it, and I had only pokeballs (this rattatta was level 30 something). Another time I found a shiny Graveler, but it exploded T-T

8 回复I've only ever seen one shiny in my life (not counting Red Gyarados, of course). That was in November. I was in a cave and encountered a horde of Pokemon I had never seen before- some Gen 6. There were 4 males and a female in the middle. The female was a different color. I assumed it was just a difference in gender. So I ran away. Nervous a little, I later bulbapedia that shit. Only to find... it was a shiny, not a gender difference. My friend says I just sat there for like 3 minutes with my DS upsidedown staring into space. HOW WAS I TO KNOW? IT WAS A NEW POKEMON AND SO MANY HAVE GENDER DIFFERENCES NOW? WHY MUST I BE SO CURSED?
