I'll only recommend the romances. List is tiny because I only picked up anime in early October: Oreimo B Gata H Kei Wagnaria (Has romance, but it's mostly SoL) Toradora Ano Natsu de Matteru Pet Girl of Sakurasou I hear Clannad is pretty good, too.
