It doesn't matter...
When you have a career that relies on the good will of another to allow you to post to make money... and then also a strict interoperation of a law... this stuff happens.
And by some accounts... many have done wrong.
Bullshit, it DOES matter. Most people effected by this haven't infringed any actual copyrights, and guess what? Google made money off of them too, so if they're going to f.uck them over after they've made all that content for them, then in the end, Google will be the one getting shafted because there will be a mass exodus from youtube. So why even give them the idea of leaving when they should just get their shit sorted out?
