indeed. godzilla was originally man vs. nature at its purest form, and that's what makes me appreciate the first movie so much as a piece of writing. the sequels were just wuvable piles of cheese (with a few odd exceptions). going by the fact that gareth has stated [i]upfront[/i] that godzilla's central conflict is man vs. nature i have a feeling i'm gonna enjoy the sh1t out of this film. [spoiler]you have no idea what the godzilla fan in me is feeling right now all those years of "that one movie with matthew broderick?" erased within 2 minutes.[/spoiler]

Yeah, I figured that you called me that just from common knowledge. But just so you know, you will see "Scarecrow" not "Jonathan Crane" when my ban is over. And as far as Bruce Wayne go's, I have no idea. Frankly, I'm more interested in Batman.
