Also if Jeagers have those super effective plasma cannons then why don't we build like 300 plasma turrets around the opening?

It even states in the begining that they were making dozens of Jaegers every day. So the cannon thing shouldnt have been that hard to build. Just stick a few on an oil rig or barge or some -blam!-

Attack on Titan wall loophole obviously for the first part. It was just, [i]there[/i]. I again repeat that it was a B rated Monster movie, it was as good as it could have been. It wasn't terrible, but obviously the people that watched it are going to notice more issues than anyone else.
