Twice a week for my arms. I'm starting to do something for my core and I don't know what the crap to do with my legs :/

由A Traffic Cone编辑: 10/24/2013 9:49:13 PMEdit: I just re-read the whole thing lol. Anyways just squat, do hang-cleans, jump rope, vertical climbs, box jumps, etc. Just ask a trainer or any other person at a gym and I'm sure they'd be glad to help you. Oh and make a work out schedule. Best bet is one day upper, one day lower then repeat for 6 days so you get a combined 3 days of each. Do about a 20 minute ab workout once your done and stretch A LOT. You'll get good results from that if you're doing a basic routine and make sure you get a days rest in. Focus on stretches and re-hydrating that day. Oh and don't forget to do Cardio. There's no point in being huge if you can't run around the block once without collapsing.

Suburbs... Houses and houses. I can't legally drive by myself yet but the nearest gym definitely requires a car for me to get there. A friend of ours is letting us hold on to his weights while moves though so I've been taking advantage if those ^_^

Squat brah, it's a good core and lower body workout. Weighted calisthenics are fun too. I basically do a lot of weighted chest and tris on one day and do weighted bicep and back on the next day and I deadlift/squat each day as well because my core is really weak. Try it out if you want to brah, I recover really fast so I'm able to do this routine and love it.

Yeah don't worry, in time you'll get stronger and will get harder to get sore. I watch guys on YouTube that can give some good advice. I started doing weighted calisthenics because of this guy "Adam Raw" and he has the physique I want. "Elliott Hulse" gives out good info and is philosophical about it. "Omar Isuf" gives out good advice and his vids are entertaining. And then if you ever get curious about the bodybuilding industry or get curious about steroids like I was a couple months ago, look into "bios3training" and "icecreamfitness" they are older guys who have been in the game for a while. Sorry for giving you so much info but you will find awesome advice from all of these guys, trust me.

Haha thanks! Also I know that the proteins and such are a huge part of bulking up and stuff. I don't want to go like full out body building, I just want a bit more weight and to define myself. I'm not really into like the protein concoctions and powder stuff. I don't mind eating foods with higher protein though. Also I don't care if it takes longer either. :)
