>ARs on Construct comes up
>Only me and the 40 on the other team veto for BRs
>Stuck playing AR starts cause everyone else is dumb
>Game starts
>Sometime later I go up gold lift
>Grabbed the BR by the explosive thingys
>Sees enemy guy derping it up by the purple lift
>I shoot him with my BR
>He turns around and retaliates
>He has an AR
>He is holding that trigger down like it's his day job
>Guy is like 50 feet away
>Half my shots aren't registering since he is clearly host
>All 16 of his AR shots hit me
>I'm looking at the respawn screen
>He walks away with half shields
>I put down my controller
>Got up
>Turned off 360

There's two types of Halo 3 hosts: Good ones: Where everyone has an equal chance and there is only a little bit of lag. Bad ones: Where everyone is lagging their asses off, or one guy is God on Earth. Or God on *insert Halo named Planet here*
