Let's review: -Obamacare passed both houses in the first term. -Obamacare was ruled constitutional by the Supreme Court. -Obamacare is supported by the majority of Americans. -Obama himself was reelected by a decent margin. -The constituents of Obamacare, the specific policies inside the bill have a large amount of support, even larger than the generalized bill itself. (This is how you know the whole scaremongering behind Obamacare is bullshit). TLDR: The GOP needs to get over Obamacare. On this basis alone, the [b]Republican party is responsible for the shutdown.[/b] They have been soundly defeated on many fronts, and their refusal to accept defeat is the only reason why this shutdown is happening now.
