In this day and age, if a free trial requires a credit card, who believes this wont automatically become a recurring subscription?
I'd say most free trials work this way. Sure it's a bit underhanded, but it's not like Microsoft is the only one doing it.
People need to learn what they are signing up for. Parents shouldn't give their CC info to their kids without checking out what's going on.
well the issue is, they new what they were doing and bungie sat there issueing bans 6 hours later for mods to bait kids to get more one months from their friends to multiply their accounts and pay +4x that normal amount. the thing is with bungie. as soon as halo 3 came out they insta banned and didnt let anyone onto matchmaking with mods or standby. they were baiting more then you think. bungie knows exactly what i said and it needed to be posed.
I really didnt care for anyone elses opinion.
If you didn't care for anyone else's opinion, you wouldn't have created the poll in this thread, so that's a bold faced lie. You're trying to start a crusade against either Bungie, Microsoft, or both of them. And while i do agree that a free trial should be free, learn to take responsibility for your own actions in agreeing to terms and conditions of anything you sign up for. As it is this thread has nothing to do with Destiny and should be in #offtopic or #gaming.
And where's the proof they they were making people pay x4 the normal amount? I read your posts, and dude, more than half of what you said is redundant. All of that could have been said in fewer words.
