I know that, but there had been some doubt whether or not 343i, who took over after the Terminals were introduced, still considered Chief finding those terminals and the Medicant Bias messages canon or not, since for 6 years, no one made any mention of it. Now we know that 343i still considers them canon. That they brought it up now might also support the idea that they're bringing Medicant Bias back in Halo 5 too, but that's another story.
