Does anybody have any details on Destiny making Oculus Rift compatible? I hear rumours that PS4 will be utilising it. Thoughts? Personally i think it would be AWESOME

7 回复There's an awesome review over at Kotaku about a dude who used the rift for 5 hours straight playing Half Life and was completely blown away. I think there's a good chance this will substitute TV's really soon when it come to gaming.

6 回复Supposedly Sony is working on their own version of the Rift, so we'll have to wait and see. Whether or not Destiny will support it we'll have to see. If they do I'm buying one though once they release and aren't just in the 'development kit' stage.

1 回复Im also thinking, once we get high quality personal headgear screens lik the oculus rift well going, we could also start having multiple players on a single console at a time. Say u hav a friend over and u wanna play together as a team or as enemies, it'll b lik split screen cept without the disadvantages of narrower view caused by sharing a single screen and no way for ur friend to steal a view of ur screen when playing vs

2 回复Just waiting for the commercial version of Rift. Destiny could not detect headtracking but al least can support the 3D deep of view of the game. You know, the basic 3D effect. I readed what oculus is very good fooling your brain, because the VR screens fill the all field of view of your head. You can look your hand in-game looking for your real hand and you feel a bit scared, in a good way. Of course.
