Real life military doctrine says don't jump. It destroys your level of body control. You aren't a guardian, able to maneuver through the air. Jump and you keep going till you touch the ground. If anything, COD and Battlefield need to disallow jumps. But battlefield is closer, as if you keep jumping you lose stamina. It is not tracked by a bar, but you move slower and can't move as far while jumping. Eventually, all you can do is jump in place. When you move, you slowly get up to speed. Discourages constant jumping to avoid getting shot.

I always said "WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO CLIMB" but noooo, I got ridiculed. Said that it'd ruin the game...
