Raiden VS Godzilla
Metal Gear: Rising Raiden with the fox bade (GRAY FOX) vs Godzilla.
Raiden can cut through metal gears like they're nothing and jump up walls somehow. Could he take on Godzilla

And then you have the straight up durability of Godzilla himself (able to shrug off nukes and goddamn [i]meteors[/i] as if it was nothing). So no, Raiden doesn't win.
