...Well this is a setback. Apparently the local law enforcement in my town have heard that I plan to destroy the game Dark with Dragons Breath shotgun shells at some point. Since then, they have contacted me and have told me that I cannot do that and it would be considered a type of "arson".
While I do not agree with them at all. That does not mean that I will do it, I would rather not go to jail. Is this right? Do I not have that right?

2 回复I think they're more concerned with you firing a DB round then lighting your game on fire. They're just using the arson thing as a legal reason to stop you from firing them.
-
3 回复How did the local law enforcement hear about that? Did you go around telling people you were going to shoot your game?

1 回复DB rounds are scary, and I'm pretty sure they're illegal... how the -blam!- do you get DB rounds.

1 回复The laws in different areas specify which types of ammunition are legal and illegal. I'd imagine that the Police don't care so much that you are destroying your game, as much as they care how and with what you destroy it. I'd imagine the explosive pyro shells are the specifics that they are objecting to. Not that you're shooting it (which btw, regular shotgun shells will do the trick just fine).
