You literally just said you shouldn't waste your time at the gym.
I was saying you could just as easily excel in the gym and excel in the classroom.
Lifting weights and studying aren't mutually exclusive.

I agree. But I was just telling OP that saying that people who don't work out at the gym "aren't doing it right" isn't the right thing to do. People are usually either extreme about physical or extreme about mental. I agree a healthy balance is desirable.
