Edward Snowden is a criminal, by legal definition.
But what he did, he did for the American people, because he loves his country's people more than his government.
So is Snowden a criminal, or a hero of the people?
I don't know.

1 回复Yes. Edward Snowden is a hero not only to the American people, but to the people of the world who are now more aware.

2 回复If you want to make a point about privacy by releasing domestic information, fine. But I'm going to have a problem with you if you release information regarding our foreign intelligence programs.

3 回复I think I get it now. When the Government does it, it's illegal and wrong; but when Big Business does it, it's tolerable.

2 回复Actually, legally he is not a criminal. His oath to defend the Constitution supersedes any oath he made to the government. If you witness the government committing crimes and it's within the interest of the public you have a duty to report it. However, I don't care much for this guy. He shouldn't be punished, but he didn't tell us anything we didn't know at least eight years ago.
