I wouldn't really know to be honest. I'm from Europe and I'm here to visit my girlfriend. I'll be staying for 3 months though, so I'll have more to tell you in a while. My girlfriend does not particularly like it here, although the scenery is gorgeous.

Oh, not to mention the real estate in NY is probably amongst the highest in the country. I could probably buy a home that 2-3xs larger than the one I currently live in now in another state.
