Space Ships speculation in Destiny
Ok, so as I have been reading and watching and exploring all of the information that Bungie has been sharing with us about Destiny, one question still comes to mind. What will Space ships be like? Will you have certain ones you can buy? Will there be multiple upgrades and unique customization? What will your spaceshift say about your character?
Will you be able to actually get into, and fly to a different planet, or will it be more of a fast travel thing. (like in Fable, or Skyrim) Also, if you can actually fly them, willl there be massive space wars between pilots and AI? I can think of so many things that Bungie and the community could do with spaceships in Destiny! It blows my mind! If anybody can answer any of my questions, please do so. Thanks

They have dodged the question of space battles in interviews witch leads me to speculate they are looking into it. Also I believe I heard somewhere you get to explore space yourself since there will be things like derelict space vehicles/stations to explore.

Is that Destiny ship from Stargate? (Haven't watched that series in a long while) Would be nice to see some of the game to do with Spaceships but I might guess they probably do it the same way Bioware did it with the mass effect and just show it off as it docks between planets.

I'd like to think the space mission in Reach was bungie having their practice shot at creating space combat, flying etc. Even if Destiny has space ship segments like in Reach I will be happy, so long as I can customise my own ship.

I think the missions on earth get you items to prepare your ship to go into space. Then you go into space and get items that help your ship go faster to reach the other planets and the last few planets will be dedicated to story and plot.

well I'm hoping we can drive it, although, please, manual body roll, I don't want another auto stabilization, we're in space! there's nothing to point where your lower spaceship hull goes, even H.A.W.X. 2 already apllied this thing to it's game
