I'll give you a tip. Don't throw a knife like they do in the action movies. You want to learn to control the spin. Generally, the knife doesn't rotate much while thrown, but the longer the throw, the more it generally needs to rotate. A target like 25 feet away probly won't make the knife rotate more than 1.5 times if thrown properly. Once you get rotation and distance to rotation ratio, you're set. Accuracy should be pretty simple after that.
