Following a whole lot of mixed messaging and confusion Microsoft has just confirmed what we told you three weeks ago: the Xbox One will indeed need to be connected to the Internet once every 24 hours to play games.
I feel like Microsoft is playing a game of Dig Dug and losing. What are your thoughts on this?

1 回复Microsoft can go Xbone themselves. You know what console never requires an Internet connection? PS4.

If I end up moving to Alaska then this won't be a issue for me. I'll get 10x's the internet speed I get here. If, I don't I weigh my options out, but I will never buy a another sony product again. Hell my 360 lasted longer then my Ps2 and PsP combined!

24 回复There is no reason for this other than data mining and probably to help force xbox live.

8 回复It's a terrible move and now I will not buy it. I cannot believe they are going down such a stupid route. Why would I buy a game that requires internet connect (like future Elder Scrolls VI) on the xbox one when I could get it on pc and play offline forever. It makes no logical sense.

14 回复If you are without Internet for over 24 hours--it's a sign of serious societal collapse. Start sharpening sticks, hoarding canned goods. ;)
