I should've clarified then. I see people are voting for the new policy but why would anyone want that. I'd like to hear your comments.

-More money for developers, which means lower initial cost (i.e. no need for season passes etc.) -Helps prevent piracy -Possibly lead to more frequent digital sales (think steam) -Don't have to use discs anymore -you can still buy used games and not pay the fee (you obviously didn't research what Microsoft is doing to allow used games) -The only thing it gets rid of is P2P selling of used games (ebay, amazon etc.)

I did research that and they gave no final details on the fee or how it would be implemented. I've read a lot of information as recent as today and still no final detail. May want to check your resources. I do like all the other points though. I'm totally fine with going digital but realize that they will more than likely not lower the price of the game regardless of if they had to do the physical printing and copying and packaging.
