Not really. Before Bnext it was quite possible to get banned unsuspectingly. What one person may not think to be a problem, another might think otherwise. If the latter person is a moderator and that person is not in a good mood, anything can happen and there is nobody to complain to about it. This happens in every community from Bnet forums to cities where police are the moderators. No moderator is perfect and neither is any poster, albeit they might still be mature, good people.
