I hate eating around other people. I can put up with it if I have to (which is, obviously, often), but I need to have LOS on an exit from the room. I can't really think of where it comes from, but I'm guessing it's something that happened when I was a kid. I'm not normally nervous around people or speaking in front of people (I held an in-person sales job and held it well for two years before I went to University), but as soon as I'm expected to eat I feel anxious. It's more anger than shame though.
I bet someone stole my bottle when I was a baby. That -blam!-.

由Uberdawg编辑: 5/11/2013 9:53:02 PMI get nervous when introducing myself or telling people about myself. Not one-on-one hand shaking, but if I'm in a new group and they're going around with the "tell us a little about yourself" thing. It terrifies me to the point of breaking into sweat and having to work to control my breathing.

2 回复It's natural to be anxious about large social gatherings, right? Then I get there, and everything's fine.
