LotR plot hole (yes, the eagles)
Okay, so the eagles refused to fly Frodo to Mt. Doom with the ring because of the risk of corruption. So why didn't they give a shit about flying Bilbo & co. away from those goblins/wolves when [i]he[/i] had it?

11 回复Flying to Mt. Doom would be like trying to fly over the White House. Sauron would have seen them coming and shot them out of the sky before they even got close.

1 回复It wasn't so much fear of corruption, more fear of Mordor and those mean-ass Ringwraiths and it being a lot more trouble than it's worth in their view.
