. . . is amazing. If you like Marvel at all, go see this movie.

[spoiler]I didn't like the fact that in the other 2 movies Iron Man was pretty much invulnerable and the suit couldn't get damaged very easily, but in 3 it's like the suits were made of glass. Christ, they were falling apart left and right. Also, there was really no explanation for the bad guys being able to basically turn into lava. I mean, the plant at the beginning exploded when it was torn, but why do humans have the ability to become plasma and breathe fire?[/spoiler]

2 回复[spoiler]It seemed kind of predictable at points. Like at the end, I was completely aware Pepper was going to be fine. Though I was somewhat confused by Tony's reaction, he didn't seem devastated at her "death," he was just like "Huh, that stinks. Time to fight now." Tony seemed rather reckless and, at times, silly during the film (Yes, give your address to the terrorists. Good idea!)[/spoiler]

I went to see it just this evening, it was pretty cool. Lots of eye candy, some fun twist. Nothing [i]really[/i] exciting, though. [spoiler]I also was kinda dissapointed the suits were controlled by JARVIS, and not by a ton of SHIELD operatives.[/spoiler] [spoiler]I was digging the whole emotional load they added, though.[/spoiler]

2 回复It was good besides the fact that they ruined The Mandarin. He seemed like this awesome badass villain who doesn't take shit, but that was sacrificed for comedy.

Thought it was awesome. [spoiler]I didn't really care for the twist with the Mandarin because I don't read the comics, and also I thought he was a lame villain to start with. Also my only gripes with the movie were Extremis turning the Killian and his cronies into something out of Spiderman, and also how some of the cronies could die so easily but Killian is able to survive SO much. And the whole "we breathe fire" was a bit too much also.[/spoiler] Definitely the funniest out of the 3. "Dad's leave, don't be a pussy about it."

It was talked about constantly and was actually in certain respects core to many character's motivations in the movie.

3 回复I adored it. Absolutely loved the movie, and I'm a massive fan of Robert Downey Jr. Great actor! However, I had ONE disappointment with the movie (Spoiler) vvv [spoiler]The fact that the Mandarin wasn't even a real villain, and just some stupid british actor playing a villain was dumb. I mean it's funny for the movie audience, but for the comic fans it's a punch in the face. [/spoiler]
