They are two nearly invincible beings from separate universes with different laws of physics. This means that ultimately it is pretty much impossible to know since we don't know their relative strengths of their respective universes. If we make the assumption that the laws of nature for both are not much different, then going by their presentation if they really are both at their peak it is unlikely that either one would be able to win, the battle would never end.
