Why Russia? They are 18 years behind in technology and have a dwindling population. We out number them 3 to 1. England also doesn't have the man power to wage war against America. They use the same tech as we do. China however can call 200 million people into arms. They are a much bigger threat.

China = SpongeBob, Water = our trading, America = Sandy. China will shrivel up if we cut them off, and they'll start begging for America.
