How do you feel about wage inequality among genders?
I know this would seem like an easy one sided issue, but somehow [url=http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-250_162-57447961/senate-gop-blocks-democrats-equal-pay-bill/]people aren't in support of measures to create gender equality for women[/url] ([url=http://www.theonion.com/articles/republicans-block-equal-pay-bill,28435/]See Onion article here[/url]).
Anyways, I'd like the hear the funny arguments against this once again, just for my reading pleasure.

3 回复Women are paid less for multiple reasons. One being that many women go on maternity leave, and get a severe reduction in pay while they are on it and once they return they aren't available to work more hours and some even leave the workforce. Also, men are more inclined to take more dangerous, manual labor needed jobs than women. These jobs will pay more because of the high risk in them and the skills required to perform them.
