I suppose if Goku destroyed the planet he'd technically win seeing as how he can fly and Hulk can't. Hulk would eventually find a way back, but until then he's pretty much floating there, flailing angrily. In a straight-up brawl, though, Goku isn't strong enough to really [i]hurt[/i] Hulk, but he's too fast for Hulk to hit.
