I'm not sure about Bungie Aerospace. It was supposed to be a paid subscription for indie gamers to creating their own smalltime games, mainly mobile games, with Bungie's assistance. However, it didn't seem to be that popular, it having to be a paid tool, so I guess it eventually disappeared over time.
