How is that a stupid question of Bungie and the community? I couldn't do that in Reach in game. Sure you can place a player review on XBL , but I would still find myself paired with trolls I asked not to be paired with in firefight or team killer on Halo 4 destroying the mantis. You could leave, but if I'm in deep in a fortress and this troll is laying down grief I want to get rid of them I have no idea if im screwed if Bungie hasnt considered it. So far I haven't heard anything of actual gameplay and how Bungie will deal with these issues like when they dropped the rank reset on all the Afks.

He's not referring to just voice chat blocking. He's suggesting an option that lets you physically erase other players from your world, or at least missions you partake in. And it's a feature I would not point my opinion towards just yet because I don't know the nature of the real-time gameplay and if it is even possible for other players with bad intentions to greatly affect your experience. If there is a method for grief in the game, then I would consider player-blocking. But responsibility is not very high on online games with a large pool of strangers, so if it is included, then remains the certainty that it will be misused or overused and eventually cause another problem.
