Want more disappointment in Halo 4?

Some of these include infection, race, juggernaut, and assault.

1 回复Unused audio files in the code for a videogame? No one's ever heard of that before! What is the point of this? For all we know these could be files from the Reach code--the entire Halo franchise is after all built on the same engine as the previous one. I don't recall any one ever complaining that Halo CE still had the codes for Engineers buried within, but I guess back then people didn't look for every reason to waste energy hating a game.

I barely know anything about game design, so somebody tell me if I'm wrong, but since Halo 4 is based off of the Reach engine and previous hardware, wouldn't it make complete sense that some things were accidentally kept? Oh, and the [i]"GOOOOAAAAALLL!"[/i] sound effect was hilarious.

It's not hard to tell because the announcer sounds different in Halo 4 than every other game. This is either faked, or facets of Halo Reach survived in Halo 4 (i.e. announcer sound clips).

3 回复i didnt realize just enjoying a game to play with your friends was such a disappointment... and honestly...who cares about some bits of codes not in the finished product? i dont see how they impact what little is in the game...

I cured my disappointment in Halo 4. I traded it in at Gamestop and used the store-credit to preorder Destiny. That won't stop me from smack-talking on the messy abortion that is Halo 4, but I finally found some use for Halo 4. :)
