On Adoption and Birth.
Why do parents who want to adopt have to go through hoop after hoop after hoop after hoop to prove that they are going to be good parents yet any white trailer trash couple can pop out a kid every nine months so that they can get more money from the Feds?
TLDR: The requirements for having a child of your own should be just as stringent as adopting one.

3 回复I believe that you should have to register and test to have a child, and that the number of kids you have will be dependent on the money you make.

1 回复I'm really not sure why anyone would think that having kids to get more welfare money is something that people are doing. More kids cost more money, often more than what welfare provides.

I totally agree. Mrs Charlie and I had to fill out form after form, we had multiple background checks, we had to take a few classes... and all my idiot brother had to do was get his girlfriend drunk and forget the condom.

2 回复Any two people with opposing and functioning gonads can "make" a child. It takes something special (aka: parents) to raise a child into a decent human being. As an adopted child, I have my own personal experience to go on. But, bad parents making and raising babies has been a part of humanity since we started walking upright. I doubt that it's going to change anytime soon. No matter how involved the "rest of the village" wants to get.
