Other than the RAM which is way too high for gaming it is a pretty solid build. Drop the RAM to 8GB more than enough. And wow PC's are cheap in the US, I feel so used in the UK : ( Edit: Just built the same on a UK site and it cost a thousand pounds without the case. Converted it to US dollars and it costs $1600. I now feel super used.

The processor is great. Motherboard looks good. 16gb RAM is quite high and you generally won't need that much unless you want to do some 3d animation, high level video editing etc. Personally, I'd save some money and drop it to an 8gb - I use that much and never use more than 5gb of it, even when playing games like BF3 on max settings or a load of Skyrim mods - hell, most modern games are still limited to 4gb anyway. 1tb sounds fine, the RPM looks good and its a good brand. I'll come back to the GPU. That case is expensive, its very big - much bigger than your motherboard. As a general rule, I never go above $100. Look for something cheaper, which can support an ATX motherboard (it should say in product description) with multiple fans. That PSU looks a bit like overkill, your estimated PSU requirements are 325W and you've doubled it - with an enthusiast level of PSU. Drop it down to a 600W, which should be enough, even if you want to get a dual-GPU system later on. OS is fine. Back to the GPU - games are normally GPU heavy, and you have a sufficient CPU. The 660 is a fairly solid card, one that could run pretty much every game. However, if you drop some of the other, less important things down - such as the Case, PSU etc, you could do one of three things - 1. get two GPU's 2. upgrade to a 660ti/670 etc 3. save some cash and stick with the 660, and run games a little less smoothly. Also, another thing to note is the overall price of your components is in massive flux; it has jumped up $50 since December - it might be worth waiting a while for the price to fall down again so you can get yourself a goodie, like a nice headset or something.
