A true app ecosystem for indie games. Something like the app stores for Apple and Android. They need to keep games priced at $1-3 (no free).
Also, stop locking crap behind the Gold account paywall. It is absurd that you have to be a Gold subscriber to stream Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. What other set top box requires customers to pay a subscription to the manufacturer? Roku? Boxee? Apple TV? None of them!

Also much higher quality control for Indie games right now the indie marketplace. 50% Complete garbage worthless "apps" 25% Minecraft copy cash grab titles. 25% Quality and Polished games So you might release a quality and polished game. But it will be immediately buried under a huge pile of shit

I do t even know where to go to find indie games on the Xbox. They pretty much pretend it doesn't exist. The App Store does a good job of promoting quality apps and the top charts is a good place to find good stuff. MSFT could try and replicate that.
