Why do all prison sexual assault jokes involve a big black guy?
And why is he always named Bubba?
Is anal -sexual assault- more enjoyable from a white, Latino or Asian?
I suppose "you're going to jail where you get to be Hideo's girlfriend" doesn't quite have the same ring to it.

It's based off the stereotype of blacks being terrifying criminals. Obviously, this generally isn't true. At least, the number of terrifying black criminals is around the number of terrifying white criminals and the like.
