I imagine the Titan will be the tank-class. Perhaps the vanguard's more of a glass cannon - they deal lots of damage, but die quickly.

Yeah, he does. Hmm... I suppose vanguards could just be non-specialist characters, a sort of middle ground between the ranged warlocks, the sneaky hunters, and the powerful tanks. That would also sort of tie in with the leader thing you mentioned.
