I could be mistaken, but it looks like the "bar" in the center ring appears to be rotating. I could also be wrong about this, but it kind of looks like the ends point to where the outer ring gets clearer for that interval. It looks like a jumble right now, but I feel like I can barely make out some numbers, though I have no idea what they could be. Keep on refreshing!
