I noticed this in another thread, earlier yesterday. My guess is that it might be some piece of media, like a sound file or video from the aliens/Traveller, with lots of static and cryptic clues, of course.

Hopefully it's something that makes sense of these texts, or at least hint towards who they're from and why they're uttered.

I'm actually hoping that it raises more question than it answers. The Darkness may be coming to an end, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't be left boggled by everything Bungie gives us.
