While I applaud him for not shooting up a school like most crazy people do, his actions are profoundly inexcusable no matter his intentions. I don't care that he has a bone to pick with LAPD. He killed two unrelated cops, and two civilians.

But if you are going to use the shooters of Newtown, Virginia Tech, Columbine then maybe you should get more than a few handful of crazies, before you use the term "most."

No no, my point was that when crazy people go on a shooting rampage, it tends to be public areas with lots of innocent people - like schools, theaters, malls, etc. Not all crazy people shoot people. That was absolutely not my point.
