Reasons for working out
So what are the reasons for working out? Don't give me the whole "get healthy" bs. I know that the grand majority does it to get laid.
Personally, I work out because:
1. I love doing it.
2. I feel awesome.
3. I get stronger.
4. I get bloody sexy.

1. Get healthy (srs. I would like to function like a physically able human) 2. Feels great 3. Get Strong 4. Builds confidence I don't really care about looks, that's -blam!-ing beta and gay. It is a bonus though and a very nice side effect. If you work out just for looks you're a sad individual. I work out for strength, looks come second.

I love it when I walk out of the gym and feel like my muscles are on the verge of ripping. On the flip side, I hate gyms. If I could only afford my own equipment..

3 回复So far I've had no reason to work out, when my BMI gets to the yellowish green area of the chart I may consider it.

7 回复I was a fat kid from about age 12 to 19 and once i lost it all i've come to realize I only keep it up for the girls.

7 回复I do it to be healthy, because even in the points of my life where i've been overweight I still get action.
