Looks like they're showing it off in the same building they showed that alleged captured RQ-170, which I am now even more sure that they don't really have, or at least not in the condition they claim.

That's a very astute point. The issue with intakes on the top is that when the craft makes steep climbs, the plane will intake little to no air, which can disable the compressor and turbine. The B-2 and F-117 aren't fighters (contrary to the nomenclature of the latter [f = fighter]), so they wouldn't need that maneuverability. So, yes, it could fly, but it would be worthless as a fighter.
