Official Star Wars Thread
Well, with a new (crappy) pseudo forum up, we need an official forum for Star Wars, because hell, if they've got Anime, clearly we need a general thread to discuss the awesomeness of Star Wars. This thread will serve as a general area to discuss Star Wars games (Battlefront, 1313, KOTOR, etc), the movies, the takeover by Disney, and what might happen to the more 'violent' projects (the crime show planned and 1313) due to Disney now having a say.
First off though, has anyone heard anything new about Star Wars First Assault, the planned arcade game to be released on the XBOX 360. So far it's been known to be an FPS and likely exclusive to the XBOX, and we can guess it will involve the Galactic Civil War, due to the leaked cover art.

2 回复I'm concerned about disney taking over star wars, but at the same time I'm glad someone is finally making another star wars movie. I really hope disney does a Republic Commando 2.

1 回复[b]Good Old Star Wars[/b] The new 1313 game looks great, but im pretty sure its going to be very similar to the force unleashed just except that your now a bounty hunter that's infiltrating the underworld of Coruscant. Its a shame that battlefront 3 got scrapped during its completion, that seriously sucks.

Well it's Star Wars, so it's already worth it. Not to mention you'd actually have to try to screw up a Star Wars shooter, as I couldn't imagine any ways that it could possibly be bad. Hell, maybe we'll even get canon HUD's like in RC unlike in Battlefront.

Yeah, same here. It's rumored that they've got teams set up and it might be getting made soon, but seeing how it's been picked up and dropped thrice... well, at least we'll get First Assault, which simply sounds awesome, as 'Star Wars' and 'FPS', are hard to screw up together.
