The description on the exotics last sentence states "Ability damage while amplified grants bolt charge" so when i tested it on prismatic for non-arc abilities it does not give bolt charge, it does however work with storm grenade and the other arc abilities. I wanted to ask if it is a typo for just Arc abilities or if it is supposed to work with all abilities because if it's supposed to it's not working.
